Comments
Comments: trail was in good condition, with frozen ground and light snow cover above 2500 ft elevation. Some blue ice on trail but passable with light traction. A nice walk being created on ridge with snow filling in holes and covering roots. If there is fresh snow, be careful on the stream crossings. Find the rocks because the ice is not very thick. Several slippery slabs between North and South Kinsman that let you make friends with the trees. Microspikes came on at around 2000 ft and stayed until the return to same area.
