Comments
Comments: Great day to be out. 1 inch of snow at trailhead and 10 to 12 inches near summit. Summit ledges were mostly clear of snow in the bright sunshine. Stayed almost an hour on summit taking in the views and warm temperatures. One gray jay spent some time with me. Went to the new shelter to check it out. It really looks great. Saw 8 hikers today. Barebooted all the way but carried stabilicers but did not need to use them.
