Recommended Equipment:
Water Crossing Notes
Water Crossing Notes: All crossings are bridged, save for one, which is easy. One bridged crossing has 2 missing and broken logs out of three. Good sense of balance required on the one that's intact, high drop.
Trail Maintenance Notes
Trail Maintenance Notes: No Blow-downs to speak of. The trail really needs some work.
Dog-Related Notes
Dog-Related Notes: Steep climb up to A might require an experienced K-9
Bugs
Bugs: None

Comments
Comments: Interesting note on driving over from the south on 16. The temp was about 31 degrees as I started to climb up through Pinkham Notch. When I reached the top the temp was 56 degrees, and when I dropped down to the 19 Mile trailhead, it had dropped to 46 degrees. Must have been an upper air inversion of sorts. Nice day for a hike to this one. Saw only 5 others all day.
