Trail Maintenance Notes: Two 12-to-14-inch hardwood blowdowns, both north of north summit. One is about one mile south of the Goose Pond Road trailhead, the other approximately one-half mile further south.

Comments: Great day out -- brisk, windy, clear, and we did not see a soul (even on south peak).

This is a lovely section of trail.

A few patches of deep leaves on the trail here and there, but for the most part, the foot bed was clear of leaves.
