Comments
Comments: Mt. Bet (1,395 ft.) in New Durham looks like it's getting some official public access. The construction style of the parking lot and kiosk design strongly suggest this is a project managed by Southeast Land Trust of New Hampshire.

Presumably, the marked trail will follow a wide logging road for 0.9 mi. up to the south ledges, where there are good views. The logging road ends here.

The true summit of Mt. Bet has no trail, but is only about 0.1 mi. from the ledges via an easy bushwhack. In addition to a cairn, there's a sign and a broken mini-canister with no register.
