Long drive on Nash Stream Road but it is in good condition. |

Trail is in good shape. There were 2 areas where tree trunks crossed the trail with the first one very close to the trailhead and the other higher up but easily climbed over. |

Great hike for Piper and Zelda.
Any dog should have no issues |

A few flying around as we descended near the trailhead with the warmer temperatures and sun being out. They didn’t bite us. |
