Fantastic loop hike with some of the best views of the Presidential’s. Enjoyed this challenging hike with the huge payoff with the spectacular summit views at both peaKs. The Mount Jackson summit requires some scrambling accenting and descending for a few tenths of a mile. I had dry trails conditions today which was I think it’s a good idea to hike it dry. Harder than a moderate rating. A worthy hike for some needed 48’s list and views! I have been following the weather waiting for a fry clear day with blue sky’s for weeks to enjoy color explosion filled view of the awesome Presidential’s. Today was an epic hike. I never get tired of the views of Whites and the Presidential’s. |
