 | Parking/Access Road Notes: |
Flume parking was full enough where I almost had to move to the next lot over, by early afternoon. There's several large lots, but this is clearly a prime leaf peeper destination. "Oh, oh, there's an orange one! Oh, oh, look honey, there's a purple one!" |

 | Trail Maintenance Notes: |
Thanks to Jeff Carter for calling out recent blowdowns, and thanks to whomever did such a nice job clearing them. My ass was dragging (from prior hikes) when I found the first large blowdown all neatly cut and stacked to the side of the trail. A welcome gift on this beautiful sunny fall day. Like they say, "One hand washes the other."
Recent Trailwrights rock work looking awesome as well! |
