SUCCESS POND ROAD UPDATE..beginning Sept 19 Monday, from the Berlin side only the Success Trail will be able to be reached, bridge replacement work on Alder Brook..Goose Eye, Carlo Col, Notch and Speck Pond Trailheads not able to be reached from Berlin side.. |

Water levels very low on Speck Pond easy passage, Success Trail dry.. |

Saw a recent report of a large beech branch down on Success Trail..went up and removed it..then went to Speck Pond Trail and trimmed a stretch of whips, berry bushes.. |
