Lincoln Woods had only a dozen cars or so. |

 | Surface Conditions: |
Wet Trail, Standing/Running Water on Trail, Mud - Minor/Avoidable |

 | Recommended Equipment: |
|
|
 | Water Crossing Notes: |
With the recent heavy rain, the water was very high and fast. The crossing where the bushwhack comes out looked impassible. I turned around at one of the last crossings (and barely made it over the previous one). Presumably, water levels have come down since Tuesday. |

 | Trail Maintenance Notes: |
Trails in good shape, all things considered. |

 | Comments: |
Heavy rain on Monday was light on Tuesday, but still doomed the trip b/c of high water crossings.
The bushwhack was easy to find and follow. Once the BP Trail ends at a lookout, there is a muddy section with a blowdown and two herd paths continue--one straight ahead and one to the right, following the shoreline. Go right. In a few minutes, bear left away from the pond. It took 30 minutes to get from Black Pond to the LB Trail (after taking 60 to get from Lincoln Woods to Black Pond. |
