Parking/Access Road Notes
Parking/Access Road Notes: We parked at the shared lot for the Pine Link Trail. The lot was mostly full when we arrived around quarter past noon. There’s room for one or two cars under some trees opposite the lot but not sure where else you could park if the lot were packed full.
Surface Conditions
Surface Conditions: Dry Trail, Mud - Minor/Avoidable

Recommended Equipment:
Water Crossing Notes
Water Crossing Notes: None
Trail Maintenance Notes
Trail Maintenance Notes: Not certain but I think all trails were blazed in yellow. Not hard to follow. I don’t recall any blowdowns.
Dog-Related Notes
Dog-Related Notes: Large dogs or dogs not used to hiking will likely struggle with the steeper ledge on ledge trail. Coming up the other side would likely be a great route for all dogs though.
Bugs
Bugs: I don’t recall any.

Comments
Comments: 2nd hike of the day after a great early morning hike to Cave Mtn with twinkle toes :) Greta to be out in the woods with my parents again and revisit this small but great mountain so close to me! Trails were very dry and in good shape. The scrambling on Ledge Trail is relatively easy as far as scrambling goes. Most of the ledge is actually north of the trail when it swings east. Great views and we visited all the view spurs along the ridge. Numerous other groups out and about but not crazy busy either. Gaia had us at 3.5mi with 750ft of gain.
