bottom 1-1/2 miles very rocky. glad I had my leather hikers on. gave me a lot of extra ankle support. The trail is mostly moderate as opposed to very steep inclines. The elevation gain is stretched out so you don't really feel it much. A nice hike and at the summit the views are fantastic. 4-1/2 hours round trip for 76 year old legs. gotta love it. |
