A surprisingly good day for these three peaks given the forecast. With the Franconia Ridge in the clear and muted sun over S Twin i decided to push on to the Twins. I was met just before the summit by a hiker playing the flute as I passed which really made my day! Great positive energy on the summits today! Moody skies and light gusts for the rest of this hike. it was nice briefly hiking and chatting with the backpacker from NYC. |
