| Parking/Access Road Notes: |
Lot on Tripoli Rd was maybe 2/3 full at 8am. By 3pm there were plenty of spaces available, but there were quite a few vehicles parked along the west side of the road in both directions. |

| Water Crossing Notes: |
Anything that may have been a crossing is dry. We need rain. |
|
| Trail Maintenance Notes: |
Trail up to the main peak and the link over to the east peak are in good shape. At a few places descending toward the east peak, it did seem that there was a fair amount of erosion from all the foot travel, with a lot of loose gravel at places, requiring caution in descending. |
|
| Dog-Related Notes: |
Saw a few. I would have been interested in seeing them negotiate the chimney on the way to/from the east peak. |
|
| Bugs: |
None, really, although back at the cars there were numerous flies trying to land on my legs. |
|
| Lost and Found: |
There is an off-green sleeveless shirt at the side of the trail high up toward the main peak. I left it there, but perhaps I should have packed it out as trash. |

| Comments: |
Nice dry day for a hike with the OTHH. The return from the east peak and the descent to the cars was a tad warmer than the start, but still fine. |
