Had to park about halfway between the gondola and Governor's base areas. |

None being vexing, but still managed to swallow one at random. |

Mainly stuck to the designated hiking trail, which is basically the work road up to the top of the gondola, then a lesser beaten path up Sunset. Lots of mountain bike trail crossings down low now, almost all marked with signs. Lots of tourists atop the gondola, but no one between there and North Peak.
Some trail mowing is now in progress, but nothing sustained enough to create an alternative to the work road.
Beautiful partly sunny day with temperatures around 80F and humidity much lower than last week. |
