Trails are mostly dry.
Regular ski trails not recommended right now due to high grass/weeds, plus active major construction up the middle of the mountain (and taking up most of the base area which is signed keep out; not a good idea to descend from the ski area viewpoint (and by the looks of the tall weeds, few have)). If choosing to descend the ski area, the access road from near the end of the Sosman Trail currently avoids all of this.
