Easy rock hop. Water levels are very low due to lack of rain. |

| Comments: |
A hot and very hazy day in the mountains, with a temperature of 80 degrees on the summit of Moriah. Very few hikers out today - I saw only three on Moriah and none on Shelburne Moriah.
Wildflowers observed included large numbers of sheep laurel on the ledges, and in the woods Canadian bunchberry, shinleaf, and selfheal. |
