I do not recommend using the main mountain ski trails at this point due to major construction in the base area, climbing up the main mountain (concrete trucks, exvacators, dump trucks, large holes, etc.). |

Trails were mostly dry; too dry at this point, as the organic soil is shrinking/cracking/retreating in places due to lack of moisture.
I do not recommend using the main mountain ski trails at this point due to major construction in the base area, climbing up the main mountain (concrete trucks, exvacators, dump trucks, large holes, etc.).
Strawberries a bit past peak, but still good.
Warmer day with temperatures touching the low 80s with a bit more humidity. |
