 | Parking/Access Road Notes: |
The parking area is…interesting. Not like most, lol. Should be doable for low clearance cars, just be careful. A LONG drive in dirt Indian Stream Rd. Should be drivable for low clearance vehicles if they’re paying attention to the potholes and divots in the road. |

 | Trail Maintenance Notes: |
Two stepover blowdowns toward the beginning of the trail. They’ve been trimmed and are easy to step over. I’m not sure how the trail is blazed…there were three light blue slashes on many trees. I assumed this was a boundary marker for awhile but it seemed to be marking the trail. Then, I saw a normal looking blue blaze on a tree. So I don’t know but it’s easy enough to follow though lightly. One sharp right hand turn to watch out for. |

A quick redline that’s not yet a redline in between grabbing 500 peaks. The trail has a nice, soft, footbed for the most part and passes through some beautiful woods. A gentle descent down toward the “canyon”. About 1/4mi each way. Watch out for a sharp right turn about halfway in where a herd path diverges left into apparent nothingness. Another, VERY steep herd path of sorts diverges down toward some falls. A more legit herd path leads to a bench with a more distance view of the falls shortly before this. This was a pleasant, short hike. Even with my meandering to and fro down every little path and taking lots of pictures, I still only clocked 3/4mi, 75ft of gain, 20min. |
