Not much in way of flies, but did pick up a tick on the ski trails this evening. |

Trails were generally dry this afternoon/evening with some minor mud from last night's downpours.
Ski trail grass/weeds are pretty high at this point. In addition, there is major construction going on in the base area (e.g. where the ski trail viewpoint eventually leads), so the trails are not a great option. The gravel access road is not being heavily used at the moment (and avoids the base area construction), so that is probably the best route at this point. Lots of wildflowers, and strawberries are now ripe.
Beautiful weather this afternoon/evening with sunny skies, temperatures in the 60s, low humidity and a nice breeze. |
