Comments
Comments: The trail maintainers are doing an excellent job on this trail! Any blowdowns were trimmed back or recently cleared, it appeared. All water bars were cleared too.

Nothing major to note for conditions. This was a good option for today given the chance of thunderstorms and also the heat. Trail was mostly dry with a few wet spots and slight mud in a few areas.

So many friendly hikers to chat with today, including a few AT hikers and a few doing the pemi loop. The hut croo was serving up some great snacks (as always), which did the trick on this hot day - lemonade and brownies!
