 | Parking/Access Road Notes: |
I arrived at 07:45am and got the last spot in the lot. When I returned to my car around 11:00am, there were several cars parked along the allowable side of Tripoli Road. |

Only one small water crossing that was very passable. |

I saw a few dogs along the route. It was getting hot on my descent, probably getting close to the max temp/humidity for some dogs. |

Surprisingly, minimal (almost none) bug issues along the entire route. I applied bug spray at the trailhead and never needed to re-apply. |

 | Comments: |
It was a very typical and uneventful weekend summer day on the Mt. Osceola Trail...and, like a typical weekend summer day, there were quite a few other hikers out there. But, everyone was very friendly and there was still plenty of space on the summit of Osceola for a quick break. The only tricky part was that some of the rock slabs on the upper part of the trail were a little wet and had a few slippery spots...but those spots were easy to avoid. The chimney area was very dry and I had no issues there. |
