Rock hoppable. Crossing 2 is down to a trickle (not uncommon to be dry this time of year). |

Not as bad as yesterday, but occasional black flies/deer fly. |

Trails were mostly dry.
Ski trail grass/weeds are pretty high at this point. In addition, there is major construction going on in the base area (e.g. where the ski trail viewpoint eventually leads), so the trails are not a great option. The gravel access road is not being heavily used at the moment (and avoids the base area construction), so that is probably the best route at this point. Lots of wildflowers, and strawberries are now ripe.
Sunny day with temperatures hitting the mid 80s with humidity. Trails not nearly as busy as yesterday. |
