Bugs
Bugs: Lots of bugs flying around and some brushy areas where I'm sure ticks hang out. Wore long pants treated with permethrin and sprayed DEET at the start, No bites and no ticks.

Comments
Comments: The heard path is obvious and easy to follow the whole way. Shortly after turning off the forest road it get's narrow and brushy but for only a short distance. It then heads through some open woods. There are a few blowdown sections easy to navigate around. The last leg to the summit is a narrower path through spruces. Two signs and canister marking the summit. I signed in and headed back the way I came.
