Downsloping parking lot at York Pond TH was very icy. Had to chop away ice and apply dirt to get out. Recommend parking at Unknown Pond TH unless recent snow roughens surface. |

All three trails heavily postholed by moose. Probably could be bare booted, but used snowshoes to widen and consolidate track. New snow depth ~2 inches by end of hike. |
