Parking/Access Road Notes
Parking/Access Road Notes: We arrived at 8:30am or so and there were only a few other cars in the lot to our surprise. The lot could probably hold a couple dozen before it begins to overflow. It was mostly full when we returned at 12:30pm.

Water Crossing Notes
Water Crossing Notes: Nothing more than very small rock hops
Trail Maintenance Notes
Trail Maintenance Notes: There were a handful of blowdowns. 2 stepovers and one that was partially taken care of but still had a hard path around it. The trail is regularly blazed in yellow. Not hard to follow.
Dog-Related Notes
Dog-Related Notes: Sure. We saw a few.
Bugs
Bugs: Some mosquitos out but not that bad. We didn’t even use spray.
Lost and Found

Comments
Comments: A nice pre-fathers day hike with the fam :) There was no mud on the trail surprisingly and the trail was mostly dry though not terribly so with a smidgen of recent rain. We completed the loop counterclockwise which we’d probably recommend so you’ve got some views on the way down though it doesn’t really matter. Views were cloudy with higher peaks mostly in the clouds from the view spur.
