Water Crossing Notes
Water Crossing Notes: The Lend-A-Hand Trl was wet and muddy. The trail has nearly no waterbars and I am not an expert enough to know where to put them, so the water was just standing there. All I could think is maybe this trail doesnt normally see as much rain as it has this time around? An extra 11 inches this year according to my weather band radio!

Dog-Related Notes
Dog-Related Notes: no issues for Kali the trail dog, she put one foot in the mud when she slid off a rock and had mud socks all the way up but it didnt deter her at all.

Comments
Comments: Great day to be out. Had Zealand summit all to myself and then had to share Hale with about 20 others, but it is a bit summit. Saw a few other dogs and many, many people. I was thinking these werent the most popular summits and it would cut down on the crowds. It was great to see Audra and George out on the Twinway, I hope you both had an excellent hike as well!
