| Comments: |
I enjoyed this summit today even though it’s not a summit above the alpine zone. Good weather and sun made the limited views outstanding. The trail is well maintained and it shows with the effort in setting rocks in step like sections. I thought the trail were not marked that well in several key sections and with limited signs and blazes, but fairly easy to follow. A moderate short hike a four thousand. Needed to hike this peak for my pursuit of the four thousands and it was perfect hike after Mount Moosilauke yesterday. |
