Parking/Access Road Notes
Parking/Access Road Notes: Spots for a dozen cars on Marble Road. Go until you see a “parking” sign (it doesn’t specify what the parking is for, but it’s presumably for the trail).
Surface Conditions
Surface Conditions: Dry Trail, Mud - Minor/Avoidable, Leaves - Significant/Slippery

Trail Maintenance Notes
Trail Maintenance Notes: Trailhead is not marked as such and trail can be very difficult to follow. There’s a cairn that marks a turnoff that you need to take (to the left) that isn’t on AllTrails. Trail is particularly difficult to follow as it makes the final ascent. See additional notes below.
Dog-Related Notes
Dog-Related Notes: Ours was the only one.
Bugs
Bugs: Definitely worse than our earlier hike.

Comments
Comments: Finished up the Ossipee 10 with this one. I have this feeling that whoever maintains this trail isn’t too keen on it being found or even used much. There is one tiny sign at an intersection telling you to turn left to find the trailhead, and there is well-marked parking near the trailhead, but the parking doesn’t indicate that it is parking for anything in particular (the sign literally just says “parking”). The trailhead isn’t actually at the parking (it is up the road about a hundred feet or so, around a slight bend) and it isn’t marked. You don’t want the private road, you want the path with the gate. Watch carefully for the cairn about halfway in, otherwise you’ll get lost. Trail can be difficult to follow, particularly during the main ascent.
