Parking/Access Road Notes: I was the first one in at 9:30 am and there were two more at 1 pm

Surface Conditions: Dry Trail, Wet Trail, Wet/Slippery Rock, Standing/Running Water on Trail, Mud - Minor/Avoidable

Water Crossing Notes
Water Crossing Notes: Take care with the rock hops and you should be fine. 
Trail Maintenance Notes
Trail Maintenance Notes: No trees to walk over or around but at least a handful of broken trees being supported by other trees hanging over the trail. Forest protected sign early in the trail hanging on by two nails.

Dog-Related Notes: Just my girl today.

Comments: Bugs are out, mud not a problem and water crossing was manageable for me and my 47 lb dog. Just be careful on the rock hops.
