Looks like I'll be taking a break from hiking for a month or so. Black flies were out and looking for blood. Bring a headnet if you want to keep your sanity. |

Being chased down a mountain by a swarm of black flies is not fun a experience. I'll be back when they are gone.
On the positive side, no snow or ice left on that trail. |
