Started road walk with bug net on. Once moving not so bad. |

This was a very enjoyable hike with great ledge views. 80 degrees and muggy made the sky look milky but all summits were visible and pretty incredible. Chapel view has a bench and a great view over to chapel rock. Chapel rock was an excellent spot for a long break before I headed down. Took the loop trail back to the pine mountain rd… I heard chainsaw’s and people working at the Horton center but wasn’t close enough to see what was going on…. Very nice walk back to my vehicle. |
