Beautiful spring day. We chose to extend our cannon trip to include lonesome lake, so we took the pemi trail to loop over cannon. Ladder on hi-cannon was in good shape. no need for traction at this point, only snow is at the very summit and is avoidable. Kinsman ridge north of cannon has some very slick rocks at the moment and will need care. severely eroded down low and getting worse. |
