| Comments: |
This route along Mill Brook had a nice remote wilderness feel to it, almost as if the moose use it more than we do. I had a hard time paying attention to the trail as all the flora was distracting!
The rocks and roots were quite slippery in the am after the rain, more dry on the descent.
Super gradual climb along Mill Brook, most of climbing done in last .6 mile to ledge.
As you come up to the summit of the ledge area, the survey summit marker is up on the left but best views are further along going to the right.
There are multiple piles of moose poop along Mill Brook and fewer on Kilkenny. Zero ice and snow.
