 | Comments: |
Barebooted up to hut and Galehead. Put on spikes for descent of galehead and kept on til little below Garfield ridge trail junction on way back. Snow was mostly supportive which was unexpected. Did post hole between twins which was toughest section but overall not bad. Which just means melt is not imminent. Hard to guess when it will be gone, areas there is still 2-3 ft of snow in sections, others in sun are snow free |
