Comments
Comments: Not much change in conditions from yesterday’s report. We put on spikes with the full snow/soft ice cover above 3300’ on Mt. Kinsman Trail and kept them on until our return to that spot. Ridge between the peaks had significant exposed rock, tedious with spikes, but what are ya gonna do. Wildflowers are popping below 2500’ with red trillium, trout lilies, spring beauty and yellow violets all in bloom.
Lovely hike with Chris and Renee on a gorgeous, comfortable day.
