Comments
Comments: trail was in good shape, but very wet which wasn't surprising given the rain all day. noted some clogged and damaged drainages between tripoli road and osecola which added some to the overall wetness as they were allowing water to travel down the trail. some brushing on this same section would be a good idea. lots of standing water in the first couple hundred yards from the parking area. removed all but two large blowdowns just below below the final climb to east peak from the col. a very wet day, but still nice to get out.
