Couldn’t ask for a better views day. Patches of hard snow and ice start at 1.5 miles from the parking lot, But easily avoided or navigated with bare boots - no spikes needed, Even for this wimp with descending slick spots. Surprisingly dry Trail. Passed maybe a dozen others. |
