| Comments: |
Sawyer River Road is dry and firm. No mud. On Signal Ridge Trail at lower elevation up tp elevation 2,300', only a few scattered bits of snow and ice. At 2,300' (just above the burned tree), the hard packed snow and soft ice started abruptly and continued to the summit. Microspikes were fine for the conditions. The snow softened a bit in the late morning as temps rose above freezing. No postholes or postholing today. |
