Comments
Comments: Mostly dry trail, with some avoidable mud, until about 2500 ft elevation. Deep snow remains in shaded areas above that elevation. There are a couple areas of thick ice on the remaining unstable monorail. We had to put on microspikes for the last 1/2 mile or before the summit. Several people without traction did turn around. Ledges that were in the sun were dry as a bone, including the summit.
