Water Crossing Notes
Water Crossing Notes: All were done with ease
Trail Maintenance Notes
Trail Maintenance Notes: Minor/easy to walk over/around/under. The Canaan Mountain trail was 'whacky' (pun intended lol), and we re-named in JUNGLE TRAIL. It really was not that terrible, but lots of branches down everywhere on this trail (Canaan Mtn Trail).
Dog-Related Notes
Dog-Related Notes:
Bugs
Bugs: VERY Minor- but enough to deter young child from eating a snack at the shelter near the Gorilla/Canaan Mtn Trail junction. Otherwise, seldom did we see bugs.
Lost and Found
Lost and Found: None.

Comments
Comments: Few SMALL patches of snow on our way (Gorilla Trail) from the southeast knob of Flagg over to the true summit. Lots of adult and calf moose "activity" haha on upper Gorilla nearer to summit. Our trek today was summit FLAGG first, then over (out and back) to SENTINEL, descending via DAVE GREEN Trail. I think the next time we attempt SENTINEL, it will be from Bents Road instead of out and back from FLAGG; and will summit FLAGG and SENTINEL separately. We just did not enjoy that one trail- Canaan Mountain Trail. All of the other trails today were enjoyable :-)
