Comments
Comments: Crawford Connector has a few spots of ice that can be easily avoided. Crawford path has only spots of ice until about 2,500 ft., then ice/snow increases, becoming a sidewalk before 3k ft. Some exposed rock on Pierce but enough ice justify keeping spikes on. The snow in the section of CP from Pierce to Ike Loop was supportive, it was littered with the postholes when I was on this trail last a month ago but is now is in good shape. Ike Loop is a mix of rock and ice, I again kept spikes on.

A quick hike as I needed Eisenhower for April (my #47/48 for the month). Since Pierce is Pierce why not add it to my grid #2 sheet. These trails are started to get busy, must of crossed paths with 30 others today including a Gnarly hiker.
