Comments
Comments: Intermittent patchy snow and ice until approximately Gibbs Falls, then solid coverage. Trail to Pierce is in terrific shape and few postholes. Like a sidewalk. Crawford Path over to Eisenhower is a completely different story. Lots of post holes, some hidden due to recent snow (maybe 1" to 2") and some minor drifting. A few knee deep drifts on the final ascent to Eisenhower, but not too bad. Light traction start to finish.

I counted 17 people on the trail today on my descent, all before 8:30 a.m. I don't think I've seen that many people on the trails all month! But it was a beautiful day, and it looks like some weather coming in tonight and later this week. Visibility was 120 miles per the MWWO.
