Comments
Comments: Weather held off and the trail was surprisingly firm. Barefooted for first half mile, then I used microspikes up north all the way to the summit of South Hancock. Donned Hillsounds here for the descent and held onto trees. Full crampons would not be overkill. Back to rock spikes for the exit before removing them 1/2 mile from the car.
