Parking/Access Road Notes: The road is now open on the Garfield side. It is in beautiful condition as are the new bridges.

Water Crossing Notes: The stream crossings could be done with a bit of rock hopping.

Trail Maintenance Notes: The trails are in good condition. One widow maker high enough that you don't have to bend over.

Dog-Related Notes: Plenty of water for Fido today. An easy trail for dogs.

Comments
Comments: This trail is ten miles round trip but it has to be one of the easiest 4000 footer trails in the Whites. Except for the last .2 of a mile up to the top there is not a steep place on the trail.
