Parking lot has no snow. Gale River Road has no snow - completely clear between parking and the actual trailhead. |

| Comments: |
A combination of dry trail, mud, running water until 2600'. From then on microspikes are helpful for hiking on ice, frozen snow, and spring snow. No real monorail yet. Nice views from the summit. Not much wind before noon. |
