 | Comments: |
Brought rocks spikes, Hillsounds, and full crampons. Used all three. Would definitely recommend full crampons for Airline, and personally wouldn’t want to descend Airline even with full crampons. Coming down Valley Way is slushy snow over a surprisingly firm base. No postholing today except in some drifts on the uppers.
Rambling video below if you want to see the conditions for yourself. |
