Comments
Comments: Day 161, Peak 151. 3rd hike and 5th peak of the day after Dinsmore-Doublehead loop and nearby Fletcher Mtn - North Peak.

I followed the forest roads shown on Gaia that got me closest to the peak over the shortest distance. They weren’t overgrown but some were very, very soft. They generally ascended gently. I started my bushwhack due east of the peak at the start of a little loop shown on Gaia. I whacked in open woods toward the peak, going over a small bump and skirting around a flooded area along the way. The highpoint and register are where CalTopo is but I also checked out two of the closest nearby bumps. I returned the same way.

The hike was about 3.75mi with 700ft of gain, taking me almost 2hrs to complete. 204 more days and 214 more peaks to go…
