Comments
Comments: A FINE day in the forest was had. This gridded out April - and Tecumseh for me. Great conditions throughout. We put on spikes a little before the 2nd water crossing and they stayed on until the same point on return. Above this is solid and an absolute dragstrip. Thanks to Moutine Runer for some bathtub-ish made concoction that tasted like alcoholic cough syrup. MUCH YUM! On the way out, we ran into hiking royalty in NH - Old Man and the Saw! We chatted for a bit before parting ways. I am sure it was no more than 5 minutes away -- right? Ha ha. I was forced to trail run on the way out, the horrors I say, the horrors, to keep up with this pair :) I only usually run to buffets so this was an interesting change. After an 8 day in a row stretch, it's nap time before the rain comes in!
