| Comments: |
Trail surfaces packed until the ridge but they've been chewed up by traffic and unnecessary crampon usage. Light traction will do up to the tent platforms. Snowshoes are preferable above the platforms to the ridge and on the drifts near the summit, but it was still barebootable with minor postholing. Flume Slide Trail had one light track. FRT north of the junction was untracked and only lightly tracked south of Liberty. |
